The Wonder of Pelebel
PELEBEL was born from an inspiration and a deep belief in the transformative power of learning. Yuval Zohar, our founder, grew up with developmental dyslexia and struggled to acquire language skills. Her mother, who holds a degree in Behavioral Science, devoted herself to researching brain function and exploring various methods to help her daughter overcome these challenges—teaching her that dyslexia is not a barrier, but a journey of growth and discovery.
Inspired by the unwavering support she received, Yuval has spent her life finding creative solutions—merging education, innovation, and visual communication—and overcoming every obstacle against all odds. Driven by her commitment to leave no child behind, she created PELEBEL to develop customized learning tools for each student.
Leveraging groundbreaking technology, rigorous research, artificial intelligence, and experiential design, PELEBEL is an inclusive, dynamic, and interactive learning platform where every child, regardless of their challenges, can break through barriers and realize their full potential.
Encouraged by this perspective, Yuval transformed her struggles into strengths. She envisioned a platform that would change the way children with dyslexia learn—a place where every child feels supported, empowered, and inspired. Pelebel—combining the Hebrew words “pele” (“wonder”) and “limudia” (“learning”)—was born to turn this vision into reality.
